Job summary

Redfin is seeking a hands-on AI-enabled Product Manager to lead inventory growth and experience improvements. You will prototype with Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor, analyze data, and define the strategy for expanding supply and improving listing quality across web and apps.

You will partner with engineering, data science, design, and Rocket Companies teams to ship AI-powered features, own metrics, run experiments, and translate insights into production-ready plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management delivering consumer web and mobile products at scale.
• Experience with marketplace, supply-side, or inventory-driven products.
• Hands-on AI fluency with prototyping and data analysis.
• Strong SQL skills to investigate performance.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered features to production.

• Shape how Redfin-exclusive inventory reaches buyers and sellers across search, listing detail pages, alerts, and re-engagement surfaces.
• Find AI opportunities to source, enrich, and present listings, and partner with engineering and data science to ship them with sound evaluation and quality tradeoffs.
• Prototype with Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor and translate concepts to engineering.
• Own a defined set of inventory and engagement metrics, run experiments to answer real questions, and guide rollouts.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, brokerage operations, and teams across Rocket to align leadership on strategy and next steps.

You will lead two connected efforts: growing the supply of homes on Redfin, and building experiences that make that supply stand out and bring buyers back. The scope of this role will grow as the opportunity does, and we want someone who can find the biggest problems, define them clearly, and move quickly.

This is a role for a hands-on AI builder. You will prototype with tools like Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor, size opportunities by querying your own data, and find places where AI can improve how we source, enrich, and present inventory.

About the role

• Shape how Redfin-exclusive inventory reaches buyers and sellers across search, listing detail pages, alerts, and re-engagement surfaces on web and apps, so buyers have a reason to search on Redfin first.
• Find the places where AI can improve how we source, enrich, and present listings, and partner with engineering and data science to ship them with sound evaluation and quality tradeoffs.
• Prototype with tools like Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor, and bring working concepts to engineering instead of static specs.
• Own a defined set of inventory and engagement metrics, run experiments that answer real questions, and use results to guide rollouts.
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, brokerage operations, and teams across Rocket, and keep leadership aligned on strategy, tradeoffs, results, and next steps.

About you

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering consumer web and mobile products at scale, with shipped work that moved key metrics.
• Experience with marketplace, supply-side, or inventory-driven products, and a clear view of how supply quality shapes customer experience.
• Hands-on AI fluency. You use tools like Claude, Claude Code, or Cursor to prototype, analyze data, and write specs, and you can show us something you built. We will ask you to walk us through it: the problem you chose, how you built it, and what you learned.
• Strong data skills, including SQL (by hand or with an LLM) to investigate performance and size opportunities.
• Comfort with ambiguity: you can define a problem, decide with incomplete information, and adjust as you learn.
• A record of aligning engineering, design, operations, and business leaders around a shared plan.
• Experience in real estate, listings, or another high-consideration marketplace.
• Experience shipping LLM-powered features to production, including evaluation and quality tradeoffs.
• Experience with listing data, MLS or data partnerships, or content ingestion pipelines.
