Qualifications

• R&D expert with proven experience in Life Sciences industry.
• Strategic problem solver with consulting background.
• Clear communicator with client-facing experience.
• Ability to lead in agile, fast-paced environments.
• Experience supporting business development and growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex R&D strategy workstreams from framing through delivery with measurable client impact.
• Advise clients on R&D transformation priorities including strategy, portfolio management, data and AI integration, and operating model excellence.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations and reinvention narratives to Heads of R&D and other senior stakeholders.
• Support business development and capability-building initiatives across the practice.
