Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manager to lead R&D strategy initiatives within our Life Sciences practice in Minneapolis. You will guide end-to-end reinvention across discovery, development and delivery, leveraging AI and data to accelerate decision making and outcomes for biopharma clients.

You will own strategy workstreams, engage with R&D leaders, support business development, and contribute to practice growth through thought leadership and capability building.

Qualifications

• Experience in Life Sciences R&D industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex R&D strategy workstreams and small engagements from problem framing through delivery, ensuring measurable client impact.
• Advise clients on R&D transformation priorities including strategy, pipeline portfolio management, scientific data and AI integration, R&D operating model.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations, transformation roadmaps, and reinvention narratives to Heads of R&D functions, and other senior stakeholders.
