Job summary

Scimitar Inc. is a boutique life sciences consulting firm seeking a Partner to grow the business and lead client engagements across biotech, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.

This hands-on role blends business development with project delivery, requiring deep industry knowledge and a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture. The position involves leading high-impact projects, developing strategic solutions, and guiding teams across client accounts while advancing Scimitar's market footprint

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business management or consulting experience in life sciences.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; science/engineering background.
• Experience leading complex consulting engagements for biotech/pharma/medical devices.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into client value and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales: cultivate clients and drive new engagements from proposals to closing.
• Exceptional Client Delivery: lead key accounts and deliver measurable business impact.
