You will engage with client stakeholders to ensure solutions align with strategic goals and deliver measurable impact. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in life sciences consulting, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in life sciences consulting or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience supporting client engagements and delivering actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage workstreams within client engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and impact.
• Develop project strategies aligned with client goals and growth opportunities.
• Conduct structured, data‑driven analysis to identify actionable insights.
• Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at working and manager levels.
• Create clear, compelling deliverables and contribute to client presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client counterparts to drive results.
• Identify opportunities to deepen engagement and support proposal development.
• Proactively improve processes and client interactions with ownership mindset.
• Adapt to changing client needs and maintain high standards.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
