Job summary

Responsibilities include guiding strategy-to-execution, aligning with client goals, and supporting internal initiatives. Travel may be extensive, and you will operate across US and international time zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business management or consulting experience, with at least 5 years in life sciences.
• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Expertise in Program Management, Organizational Strategy, Digital Transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from strategy to execution, delivering measurable value.
• Develop high-level strategies aligned with client goals and project plans.
• Mentor teams and support internal initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to expand Scimitar’s role in accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
