Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Senior Manager, Life Sciences Supply Chain & Operate, to lead end-to-end BPO engagements across supply chain, manufacturing, quality and procurement for life sciences clients in the United States. You will embed AI, automation, and analytics into delivery, build reusable assets, and shape go-to-market approaches that accelerate practice growth.

This is a senior operator and builder role in an entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of life sciences consulting or operations experience.
• 3+ years leading BPO/Operate engagements and KPI management.
• 3+ years in GxP or cGMP life sciences environments.
• Travel up to 25% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end BPO and Operate engagements across supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and procurement.
• Serve as trusted delivery leader on multi-year Operate engagements with SLAs and roadmaps.
• Embed AI, automation, and analytics into delivery with use cases like AI-assisted decision support.
• Drive automation and standardization across client operations and tech environments.
• Build Deloitte's Life Sciences BPO capability with assets, talent, and go-to-market support.
