Job summary

Accenture seeks a Senior SAP Finance Transformation leader to drive end-to-end intercompany logistics projects for Life Sciences clients. You will guide sales, define roadmaps, and architect SAP-based end-to-end finance solutions across global teams.

You will lead large delivery teams, align with client executives, and stay ahead of regulations, trends, and AI-driven enhancements in SAP. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years SAP functional and technical experience in Intercompany Logistics including sales, procurement, and intercompany movements.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP projects supporting Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology or Life Sciences distribution clients.
• Minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for Life Sciences clients.
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams, in a Global Delivery Model, driving workshops and design decisions and leading build, configuration, testing, cutover and go-live.
• Prior experience in an Advisory and/or Consulting role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client Finance executives on business challenges/trends and value of SAP solutions (current & future).
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey through business cases & roadmaps including during sales origination, proposal development and client presentations.
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions that leverage SAP technologies, custom apps, & add-on partner solutions.
• Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy and identify functional areas where AI can deliver value to clients.
• Experience deploying AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve efficiency and explain AI-driven improvements for project delivery.
• Advise, design and deliver Finance solutions based on industry and technology best practices leveraging SAP solutions and embedded innovation.
• Lead large project teams onsite with clients or within Accenture and stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations.
• Be a thought leader, build assets and best practices and develop the next level of transformation experts.
