Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience leading legal operations and project management.
• Experience improving or automating legal processes and workflows.
• Experience in requirements gathering, system design and implementation of technology solutions.
• Proficient in developing and training on legal department technology solutions (Power BI, SharePoint, e-billing, contract management).
• Strong data analysis and Excel modeling skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to train teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain operational methodologies, workflows, templates and project plans.
• Assess workflows and tools to identify optimization opportunities.
• Identify and deploy new processes and technologies including AI to improve efficiency.
• Lead system selection, testing, training and change management.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to track performance, workload and cost savings.
• Manage external vendors, including subscriptions, licenses and compliance.
