Job summary

ARCO the Design/Build Experts is seeking a Learning Technology Specialist in Downers Grove, IL. The role focuses on administering learning platforms, developing analytics, and leveraging AI to accelerate content creation, while supporting instructional design efforts.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of Learning & Development experience and hands-on LMS administration, with preference for AI-based content tools use. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment at ARCO.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in instructional design, educational technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development or instructional design.
• Hands-on experience administering an LMS.
• Experience using AI tools for content or video creation is preferred.
• Flexible and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• AI-enabled content development: use AI to create and accelerate videos and modules.
• Learn tech systems: administer LMS, dashboards, analytics and integrations.
• Program support: coordinate resources, track training outcomes and progress.
