ARCO is seeking a Learning Technology Specialist to administer the LMS, build analytics, and modernize content creation using AI tools. You will support instructional design and oversee reporting while enabling efficient development of learning content across projects.

The role emphasizes technical administration, content development, and cross-team collaboration in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering an LMS
• Experience using AI tools for content or video creation preferred
• Strong attention to detail and urgency to drive results
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the LMS including roles, assignments, and integrations
• Own LMS reporting and analytics—dashboards on completions and engagement
• Evaluate and pilot new learning technologies and AI tools
• Support execution of learning programs and coordinate internal resources and vendors
