ARCO the Design/Build Experts in Dallas is seeking a Learning Technology Specialist to own the LMS, analytics, and AI-enabled content development. You will administer platforms, build reporting, and modernize how content is created.

You'll support instructional design work while focusing on technical delivery, system configuration, and data-driven improvements across learning programs. The role offers growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in instructional design or related field or equivalent experience in learning technology.
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or instructional design.
• Hands-on experience administering an LMS.
• Experience with AI tools for content or video creation preferred.
• Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented in the face of problems.
• Proactive team member with attention to detail and urgency to drive results.
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Facilitation or public speaking experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain the LMS including user roles, course assignments, integrations, and troubleshooting.
• Own LMS reporting and analytics - build and maintain dashboards on completions, engagement, and program impact.
• Evaluate and pilot new learning technologies and AI tools.
• Support execution of learning programs and initiatives, defining scope and stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors as needed.
• Monitor and track training outcomes and learner progress through LMS data.
