Job summary

CMIT Solutions is seeking an innovative AI Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of AI-enabled training programs and agentic workflows within a growing MSP environment.

The Learning and Development Manager will own the full learner journey—from onboarding to ongoing technical certification—partnering with technical experts and vendors to translate complex information into engaging, learner-ready content and measure learning impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in learning and development, instructional design, training management, or curriculum development.
• Hands‑on experience managing a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ability to create diverse learning formats (e-learning, videos, presentations, job aids, assessments, learning paths).
• Strong writing, communication, and project‑management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop e-learning courses, videos, job aids, assessments, and learning paths for corporate employees, franchise owners, and technicians.
• Administer the LMS, manage courses, user access, and reporting.
• Build onboarding experiences for new corporate employees and franchise owners; create role‑specific learning paths and resources.
• Design and deliver ongoing education to keep customers and franchisees current on technologies and best practices.
• Establish learning objectives and success metrics; track participation and outcomes; report on program effectiveness.
