Verista is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled products across clinical analytics and IT projects in a life sciences setting. • Bachelor's degree in IT, Life Sciences, or related field; certifications preferred.
• 5+ years managing IT projects including data/analytics, with Agile/Waterfall/hybrid.
• Experience leading AI/ml initiatives from development to deployment; governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full delivery lifecycle of AI-enabled products from ideation to production release.
• Coordinate model development, validation, deployment milestones, and data readiness.
• Lead clinical analytics projects with operations, medical reviewers, and data mgmt.
• Translate clinical requirements into actionable project plans with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data privacy, integrity, and regulatory compliance (21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Oversee end-to-end IT projects including scope, planning, budgeting, and closeout.
• Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage budgets, forecasts, and vendor commitments.
• Coordinate IT cross-functional teams and governance activities like steering and change control.
