Job summary

Flexzo seeks an IT Manager to lead AI-enabled infrastructure, cloud services, and security for a fast-growing organization. You will design, deploy, and operate internal cloud environments and SaaS platforms while integrating AI into daily tasks to boost efficiency and security posture.

Lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with engineering and executives, and drive scalable, secure solutions that align with growth and innovation goals in a remote, global workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT management or technical operations in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in AI-native workflows and integrating AI tools into daily tasks.
• Cloud infrastructure experience with AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
• Security, IAM, and compliance knowledge to protect data.
• Automation scripting in Python or Shell.
• Strong communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage internal cloud environments and SaaS stacks optimized for AI development, deployment, and scalability.
• Implement and oversee security protocols to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with industry standards.
• Automate internal business processes, including CRM and CMS platforms, to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.
• Utilize AI tools daily for network ideation, troubleshooting, security variant creation, and quality assurance support.
• Collaborate with engineering, strategy, and growth teams to align technical initiatives with company objectives and milestones.
• Manage procurement, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software assets for a remote, global workforce.
• Continuously evaluate and improve internal workflows, security measures, and automation solutions leveraging AI and emerging technologies.
• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and capable of supporting the company's expansion and technological advancements.
