Job summary

Diligent is seeking a Senior Product Manager for IT & Cyber Risk to set the strategic direction of AI-enabled risk detection and governance features. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes across the Diligent One Platform, partnering with engineering, data science, and senior leadership.

You’ll translate market intelligence into measurable value for CISOs, risk managers, and boards, lead cross‑functional teams, define OKRs, and drive experimentation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management with SaaS experience.
• Deep domain knowledge in IT risk or cyber risk.
• Proven track record delivering complex B2B roadmaps.
• Experience with GRC, compliance, or enterprise risk environments (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year IT & Cyber Risk product strategy aligned to platform vision and OKRs.
• Lead AI-native feature development and measure business impact.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle across web, mobile, and API surfaces.
• Engage CISOs, risk leaders, and boards through regular research and advisory sessions.
