Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an AI Business Analyst to join the Technology Product & Strategy team supporting the Investments organization. The role combines business partnership with hands-on solution delivery to shape AI-enabled investment solutions.

The initial focus is AI-augmented research across five investment strategy groups, then portfolio construction analytics and modeling. Onsite/hybrid work requires presence Tue-Thu.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in investment management, investment research, portfolio management, or a related investment role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with investment professionals to surface real business problems and translate priorities into solutions – feeding findings back to the Product Manager to sharpen direction as understanding deepens.
• Build and iterate fast using the firm's AI-enabled tooling, favoring reusable platform capabilities over custom engineering – and know when a pilot needs production rigor and hand it to Engineering.
• Spot the patterns worth turning into reusable platform capabilities.
• Own solutions through rollout: stakeholder coordination, training, adoption.
