Job summary

Google is seeking an Interaction Designer to transform complex tasks into intuitive experiences for billions of users. You will craft user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management to evolve the Google design language and create beautiful, innovative products across Search personalization.

You will apply user-centered design methods from concept to execution, enabling AI-powered features at scale and shaping a world-class user experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Experience building and designing AI-powered consumer products or features.
• Experience leveraging generative AI tools and workflows for prototyping and interface exploration.
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

Responsibilities

• Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies.
• Drive a holistic design process, design system, or design language across teams or products.
• Deliver continuous launches to Search personalization that accrue significant impact to users and business over time through sustained product improvements.
• Deliver compelling insights and product solutions that provoke strategy and empower the organization with clear conviction and direction for a future AI-personalized Search.
• Deliver rapid ideation, influence, concept design, and evaluation.
