Job summary

Google seeks an Interaction Designer to transform complex tasks into intuitive, scalable experiences for billions of users. You will craft user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes, collaborating with Engineers and Product Management to evolve the design language.

You will apply human-centered design methods and AI-enabled features, ensuring designs align with Google's Material Design system while delivering polished UI solutions across products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of interaction design experience.
• Experience using AI tools in the design process.
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link in your resume.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, intuitive user flows and state behaviors.
• Translate research and AI model capabilities into functional prototypes.
• Deliver polished designs considering layouts, motion, and interaction patterns.
• Partner with researchers, engineers, PMs, and experts to translate constraints into UX.
• Iterate quickly using prototypes and feedback in fast-moving environments.
