Job summary

Target Human Resources Solutions is seeking an Instructional Designer for a university client. The role focuses on applying learning theories, design models, and educational technology strategies to create effective courses across modalities and boost student engagement.

The instructor will develop materials, implement AI-enhanced strategies, and ensure alignment with accreditation and quality standards, collaborating with faculty and the Instructional Design Department.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Familiar with learning management systems and Web 2.0 tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop courses aligned with the Educational Model and design best practices.
• Create and maintain course content, modules, and activities for active and collaborative learning.
• Integrate AI tools to enhance course design, materials, and activities while following guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with copyright laws and institutional quality standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Curriculum Specialists, and faculty to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Support course development with documentation, QA checks, and iterative improvements.
