• Apply learning science to create engaging, inclusive learning experiences.
• Promote accessibility, inclusivity, and usability in instructional materials and environments.
• Research pedagogical practices and emerging educational technologies to support design.
• Support college initiatives such as career development, recruiting, experiential learning, and digital badging.
• Develop and integrate instructional media and technology to enhance teaching and learning.
• Design and evaluate assessments and learning experiences to measure outcomes and drive improvements.
• Support faculty professional development in teaching, technology integration, and course design.
