Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking an Innovation Tech Lead to shape engineering strategy for AI-enabled innovation platforms. You will lead cross-functional teams across product, data and technology to build scalable, secure digital products that accelerate experimentation and enterprise-wide value.

You are a senior engineer with 10+ years of experience, proficient in cloud-native architectures and Python, with a track record delivering AI-enabled capabilities at scale within complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical exp.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products, platforms or decision intelligence capabilities.
• Deep understanding of data and AI engineering practices, including data pipelines, MLOps, and CI/CD for ML/software.
• Ability to influence senior leaders translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Experience building and scaling shared platforms/services supporting multiple products/teams.
• 10+ years in software/data engineering or technical leadership in enterprise environments.
• Designing cloud-native architectures in Azure or other major platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with React, REST/GraphQL, and microservices.
• Familiarity with secure and compliant deployment frameworks for multi-market data.

Responsibilities

• Own technology strategy enabling Coca-Cola’s innovation agenda including AI-powered products and experimentation platforms.
• Lead engineering teams responsible for building, operating and scaling innovation products.
• Foster a high-performance engineering culture through coaching, talent development and leadership.
• Partner with Product, Data and Business leaders to translate priorities into secure, scalable products.
• Establish engineering excellence with modern software, AI engineering, security, observability and operating practices.
• Lead delivery across a portfolio of innovation products and platforms with secure-by-design solutions.
