Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Senior Manager, AI & Analytics Engineering to lead production-grade AI/analytics initiatives across NA. You will build agents and analytics applications, ensuring governance, security, and scalable deployment while balancing value and reliability.

You will partner with analytics, data science, engineering, and product teams to deliver practical solutions used by 1,000+ users, driving adoption and measurable impact across Commercial, Strategy, and Leadership domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/SE/Data Science or related field.
• Eight+ years of AI/software/data/platform/analytics experience shipping user-facing solutions.
• Hands-on experience building AI and analytics products using Python, SQL, APIs, or similar tools with exposure to LLMs or agentic workflows.
• Strong experience with SQL-based data systems, semantic models, Lakehouse, governed data products, or similar environments.
• Solid cloud and system-design fundamentals including testing, asynchronous workloads, security, observability, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value use cases with business leaders and translate into production-ready designs and capabilities.
• Personally build AI agents, analytics apps, and supporting services through architecture, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Combine deterministic analytics, ML, retrieval, LLMs, and agentic workflows to add value.
• Ensure governance, data definitions, lineage, and authorization are preserved in AI-enabled analysis.
• Lead delivery, review architecture and code, and mentor engineers.
