Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Platform Engineering Lead to own end‑to‑end delivery of a transformative MarTech/AdTech platform or component within CDS or GAM. You will stay deeply technical while guiding a 6–10 person team, across in‑house and vendor talent, and drive AI-enabled engineering practices with strong security and quality controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with delivery leadership.
• Expert-level JavaScript/TypeScript; strong Rust preferred for performance.
• Deep architecture with event-driven, API-first, distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a MarTech/AdTech platform or component while remaining hands-on.
• Manage and grow an engineering team of 6–10 engineers across in-house and vendor talent.
• Translate architecture and product strategy into executable plans with milestones.
• Establish engineering standards and AI guardrails for secure, maintainable code.
• Champion developer velocity with AI-assisted development and CI/CD improvements.
• Improve observability, incident response, and reliability (SRE/SLOs).
• Apply modern data and AI patterns, including vector search and RAG for personalization.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead cross-functional improvements across the platform.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Security for scope and dependencies.
• Model engineering leadership with clear communication and customer focus.
