Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computing/Systems/Aerospace engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5+ years in automotive/electronics quality engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of FMEA/DFMEA methodologies and root-cause analyses.
• Familiarity with MBSE practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Change Point Analysis with cross-functional teams to ensure proper documentation.
• Lead root-cause investigations and drive corrective actions to closure.
• Audit quality deliverables against GPDS milestones and DVP&R documentation.
• Analyze quality, warranty, and customer satisfaction data using AI-powered analytics.
• Use Jira, Jama Connect, and FEDE to improve documentation reviews and cross-team collaboration.
