Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring a Staff Incentive Compensation Systems Analyst to own end-to-end incentive plan builds, requirements, rules, and testing in the ICM platform. You will audit payouts, own reporting, and resolve crediting issues across fiscal periods.

You will also design reusable AI skills to speed up plan building and diagnostics, partner with IT and Sales Ops on integrations, and help evolve the compensation platform for the Sales organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in incentive compensation administration or ICM systems.
• 3+ years hands-on plan building in an enterprise ICM platform.
• Experience with SAP Incentive Management/Callidus is highly preferred.
• Ability to translate plan logic between systems quickly; data-driven.
• Hands-on AI-assisted workflows to automate analysis and builds.

Responsibilities

• Own incentive plan builds end to end from requirements to deployment.
• Audit and validate builds for accurate payouts across fiscal periods.
• Own reporting in the ICM platform with dashboards and ad hoc reports.
• Diagnose crediting/payout issues and resolve escalations.
• Reduce manual adjustments via durable automation fixes.
• Build AI tools and reusable AI skills for comp operations.
• Collaborate with IT, data teams, and Sales Ops to fix integrations.
• Communicate build logic clearly to sellers, managers, and leadership.
• Support future platform evolution and transition plans.
