Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced In-House Counsel with a focus on technology transactions to support a legal AI training and evaluation program. You will review contracts, draft and redline, negotiate terms, and provide actionable feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

You will collaborate with product and research teams to define evaluation criteria, assess AI responses, and iterate on workflows that integrate legal review into AI systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
