Job summary

Manifold is seeking an Implementation Manager to own the customer relationship from kickoff to long-term value realization on the AI-native Manifold platform. You will partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to translate customer workflows into bespoke, high-impact solutions and drive adoption across the customer base.

This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, proactive risk management, and training to enable customers to realize measurable outcomes in a fast-growing space.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer success, implementation, or professional services at a SaaS or AI-native company.
• Experience delivering customer outcomes in a fast-moving, high-agency environment.
• Ability to design solutions around customer workflows and translate them into plans.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer relationship end-to-end, aligning on priorities and execution plans.
• Lead implementations on Manifold's Agent OS platform and translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Design bespoke, AI-native solutions with measurable customer value.
• Own key metrics: adoption, satisfaction, account health; surface risks and mitigation.
• Provide end-user training and scalable onboarding resources.
• Deliver status reports and quarterly reviews focused on progress and risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, and engineering.
