UNIS is seeking an Implementation Engineer for 100% onsite in Buena Park, CA. You will configure, deploy, and optimize software solutions, bridging technology, business processes, and customer requirements to deliver successful implementations.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, translating requirements into technical solutions, and collaborating with clients, project managers, and product teams. Proficiency in SQL, APIs, scripting, and AI-driven frontend prototyping is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Experience with SaaS, enterprise, or custom software platforms.
• Proficiency with SQL, APIs, and scripting (Python/TypeScript/Bash/PowerShell).
• Hands-on implementation, systems integration, or technical consulting.
• Fluent with modern AI tools for rapid frontend mockups.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and configure software to meet customer needs.
• Install, integrate, test, and deploy software platforms.
• Analyze business processes and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop implementation docs, configurations, and deployment procedures.
• Train clients and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
