UNIS is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join our team in Buena Park, CA. You’ll configure, deploy, integrate, and optimize software solutions for our customers, bridging technology, business processes, and client requirements.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, translating business needs into technical solutions, troubleshooting, and rapid frontend mockups using AI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Experience in software implementation, systems integration, or similar roles.
• Experience with SaaS, enterprise, or custom software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and configure software solutions to meet customer needs.
• Install, integrate, customize, test, and deploy software platforms.
• Analyze business processes and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop implementation documentation, configurations, and deployment procedures.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, business analysts, developers, and product teams.
• Conduct client training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation reviews.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement.
• Provide technical feedback to Product and Engineering teams to improve solutions.
