Job summary

Oak is redefining enterprise Identity and Access Management with an AI-native identity operating system. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of the sales motion, running demos, POVs, and hands-on proofs of value for CISOs, IAM engineers, and compliance leaders at large enterprises.

You’ll own the technical narrative from discovery through evaluation, translating complex concepts into business risk and ROI while collaborating with Solutions leadership to land Oak’s IGA

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer / Sales Engineer in cybersecurity or identity

Responsibilities

• Run technical discovery calls to map identity stack gaps
• Deliver tailored product demos showing identity graph and data lake value
• Design and execute POVs with prospects
• Own technical responses to RFPs and security questionnaires
• Partner with Account Executives to shape technical strategy for opportunities
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to sharpen roadmap
