Qualifications

• 3+ years of Investment Banking experience (M&A, IPOs, restructuring, or capital raising).
• Proven track record in deal modelling and valuations.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and capital structure.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated analyses of LBOs, IPO pricing, and M&A valuations.
• Evaluate model performance on live-deal inspired case studies.
• Develop scoring rubrics reflecting real transaction dynamics.
