Job summary

Oak is redefining enterprise identity with an AI-native Identity Operating System. As a Solutions Engineer, you will lead technical engagements, run live demos, and craft POVs that demonstrate Oak's value across on-prem, cloud, SaaS, and homegrown apps.

Collaborate with sales leadership to shape the technical narrative and guide customers through complex security questions. You will own POVs, respond to RFPs, and partner with Account Executives to drive opportunities, drawing insights to

Qualifications

7+ years experience as Solutions Engineer / Sales Engineer in cybersecurity/IAM.
Working knowledge of IAM/IGA concepts (JML, RBAC/ABAC, SAML/OAuth).
Comfort delivering live demos and POVs to technical and executive audiences.
Ability to translate technical risk into business ROI for CISOs and compliance stakeholders.
Strong ownership mentality in a fast-moving startup environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication, including RFP/security questionnaire responses.

Responsibilities

Run technical discovery calls to uncover a prospect's identity stack (on-prem, cloud, SaaS, and homegrown apps).
Deliver tailored product demos showing how Oak's identity graph unifies access reviews, JIT, and lifecycle management.
Design and execute Proofs of Value (POVs) with prospects.
Own technical responses to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires.
Partner with Account Executives to build the technical strategy for each opportunity and troubleshoot blockers.
Feed prospect and customer technical feedback back to Product and Engineering to sharpen Oak's roadmap.
