Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Sr Director, Product Management for Growth, remote-eligible. You will own merchant relationships across Shopping’s product experiences, partnering with engineering to design optimized incentive and reward experiences.

You will operate with autonomy, rely on data, SQL, and financial modeling to drive investment decisions, and lead cross-functional teams to launch and test new experiences. The role emphasizes AI applications and rapid, high‑ownership execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 7 years of Product Management experience.
• At least 5 years in a high growth/startup technology environment; at least 5 years experience working with SQL; at least 8 years collaborating with software engineering teams.
• Demonstrated application of AI to build digital products; experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Own the team, technology, and tooling onboarding merchant relationships across Shopping’s product experiences.
• Design and build optimized consumer incentive and reward experiences with engineering collaboration.
• Launch and test new experiences with autonomy and data-backed judgment from ideation through to launch.
• Own business case, prioritization, and monitoring for the product experiences using reports and models to drive investment decisions.
