You will lead cross-functional teams across IT, Sales, Operations and Finance, driving growth, profitability, and innovative customer experiences while leveraging data modeling and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 4 years of quantitative analysis experience.
• At least 4 years of qualitative analysis experience.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of financial services experience and 1+ year of consulting experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership to drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One.
• Lead and mentor analysts; develop talent across teams.
• Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies; lead product-level data analytics.
• Direct-to-consumer and retail channel marketing insights; inform new customer experiences and go-to-market concepts.
• Improve credit risk by modeling drivers of future trends and testing hypotheses.
• Oversee delivery of business initiatives; manage multiple projects and programs.
