Job summary

Woven Solutions seeks an entry-level professional to design and scale our core business development infrastructure, owning the creation and optimization of our light-touch knowledge architecture and AI-driven content systems.

You will leverage enterprise LLMs, internal data repositories, and modern AI tooling to streamline how we package capabilities, respond to solicitations, and manage our pipeline, while training on government contracting fundamentals to align with procurement best practices

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidate with eagerness to learn government contracting fundamentals.
• Experience with AI tools and knowledge management is a plus.
• Ability to map business processes and build scalable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize a central data repository and reusable content blocks.
• Design and implement LLM-driven workflows to generate polished outputs for BD and capture efforts.
• Track pipeline milestones, data hygiene, and metrics across opportunities.
• Interface with SMEs and leadership to translate complex concepts into digital assets.
