Job summary

MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform, seeks a Growth Marketing specialist to expand paid and indirect channels beyond core paid search.

You will design structured tests across social, programmatic and direct mail, manage a multi-hundred thousand dollar annual test budget, and own 1–2 channels within 6–12 months, using AI tools to speed testing while keeping strategic judgment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running performance campaigns and budgets across paid social, programmatic, or similar demand channels.
• Experience co-managing $250K+ in annual performance marketing spend.
• Track record structuring clean tests and measuring impact.
• Time in B2B growth or performance marketing, ideally SaaS.
• Fluency in analytics tools and CRMs to pull insight and act on it.
• Practical experience using AI tools in campaign workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and run tests across paid social, streaming audio, programmatic and other channels.
• Manage test budget and shift spend toward high performers.
• Decide which experiments to scale or stop and present to leaders.
• Use AI tools for creative testing and optimization.
• Build testing frameworks and documentation to speed launches.
