Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 5–10 years of financial services leadership experience.
• LOMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and culture initiatives for the Firm including communications and events.
• Oversee CL&R, onboarding, training, and new business operations.
• Manage budget, vendor relationships and staffing within policy.
• Drive AI adoption and measure its impact on team outcomes.
• Partner with HR on performance, benefits, recruitment and policy adherence.
