Qualifications

• Five to seven years of administrative, operational or sales-support experience in financial services.
• Experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office and advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to learn AI tools and apply to reporting/workflows.
• Excellent organization and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive administrative, operational, reporting and project support to the Vice President, Strategic Distribution and the Assistant Vice President of IFN Operations.
• Support marketing activities, meetings and events that advance distribution priorities and strengthen engagement with internal and field partners.
• Manage and maintain multiple databases to support distribution operations, reporting, business tracking and team initiatives.
• Identify and support new reporting opportunities while maintaining existing reporting processes, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare, submit and track related expenses in support of leadership and distribution business needs.
• Prepare polished PowerPoint presentations and related materials that support leadership updates, meetings, field engagement and distribution initiatives.
