Leidos Inc. Energy, Infrastructure, and Automation (EIA) seeks a Senior Growth Solutions Architect to drive growth in the Electric Power Utilities market by delivering AI-enabled, grid modernization solutions.

The role combines strategic sales, solution architecture, AI-enabled growth strategies, and deep utility domain expertise to help clients transform transmission, substation, and distribution design. You will build C-level relationships, develop GTM materials, and use AI tooling to generate

Qualifications

12+ years in Electric Power Utilities (T&D, grid operations, or design).
Strong expertise in utility systems (planning, design, operations).
Experience in solution architecture, systems integration, and digital transformation.
Knowledge of AI/ML, cyber, and cloud platform concepts.

Responsibilities

Develop understanding of AI-enabled technologies and value propositions for utilities.
Create go-to-market materials and assist Growth team in client engagement and opportunity development.
Demonstrate listening and adaptability to refine value propositions for customers.
Act as voice of customer challenges within development and investment organizations.
