The role emphasizes Gen Z audiences, AI-powered content, and creator partnerships. Excellent data discipline, a bias for action, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving fintech environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a modern marketing motion end-to-end, from content systems to campaigns.
• Strong ability to translate company goals into a growth roadmap with measurable targets.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools as build instruments to create and scale campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own Four's organic growth end-to-end from awareness to repeat purchase.
• Run the AI-powered content engine to generate trend-informed content across channels.
• Lead brand voice, social communities, and creator partnerships for scalable growth.
• Establish metrics, run test-and-learn loops, and tie growth to real unit economics.
