Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Compliance Manager to join the GRC AI Innovation initiative in Atlanta.

You will bridge compliance requirements (SOC 1/2, ISO, PCI) with engineering, defining automated test criteria and data needs, and partnering with engineers to ship AI-enabled controls. You’ll own end-to-end delivery of AI-driven audit tooling, validate outputs against standards, and push for automated evidence generation and dashboards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, CS, Info Systems, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in technical compliance, IT audit, SOC 1/2, or GRC roles.
• Translate compliance/audit requirements into engineering specifications.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-based tooling for compliance and audit work.
• Experience validating automated outputs against defined standards.
• Strong program management and cross-functional delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership to executives.
• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Translate compliance and audit requirements (SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, access reviews) into engineering-ready specs and acceptance criteria.
• Partner directly with engineers building GRC automation and AI pipelines—reviewing designs and validating outputs.
• Own end-to-end delivery of prioritized GRC AI initiatives: evidence pipelines, automated control testing, workpaper generation, dashboards.
• Serve as the compliance SME in engineering design discussions, ensuring automation reflects the control intent.
• Validate AI-generated audit artifacts for accuracy, defensibility, and auditor-readiness.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual GRC processes; scope, prioritize, and drive to production.
• Define metrics for pipeline health, evidence coverage, and audit-readiness; report progress to leadership.
• Build knowledge of internal controls environments and evidence sources to spot wrong automated outputs.
• Promote a culture of AI-forward, evidence-based compliance across GRC.
