Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical compliance, IT audit, SOC 1/2 or GRC roles.
• Able to translate compliance/audit requirements into engineering specs.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-based tooling and automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Translate compliance and audit requirements into engineering-ready specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineers building GRC automation and AI pipelines; review designs and validate outputs.
• Own end-to-end delivery of prioritized GRC AI initiatives: evidence pipelines and automated testing.
• Serve as the compliance SME in engineering discussions to reflect true control intent.
• Validate AI-generated audit artifacts for accuracy and defensibility.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual GRC processes and drive to production.
• Define metrics for pipeline health and audit-readiness; report to GRC leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of internal controls and evidence sources to spot automated output issues.
• Promote AI-forward, evidence-based compliance across the GRC organization.
