Job summary

Intuit’s GRC organization seeks a Senior Technical Compliance Manager to bridge compliance requirements and engineering execution. You will shape AI-driven audit tooling, specify data/evidence needs, and test automated controls with product teams across GRC and internal audit.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of evidence pipelines, automated testing, and workpapers, ensuring outputs meet audit standards while collaborating with engineers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in technical compliance, IT audit, SOC 1/2, or GRC roles with audit evidence exposure.
• Ability to translate compliance/audit requirements into engineering specs for automation.
• Comfort collaborating with engineers to review designs and validation.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling (Claude, ChatGPT) for compliance tasks.
• Knowledge of SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST 800-53, SOX 302/404.
• Strong program management; can drive cross-functional delivery.
• Self-motivated with comfort in ambiguity and clear leadership communication.
• Certs like CISA/CRISC/CISSP preferred, not required.
• Location: Atlanta, San Diego, New York, Mountain View.

Responsibilities

• Translate compliance/audit requirements into engineering-ready specs and criteria.
• Partner with engineers building GRC automation and AI pipelines; review designs and validate outputs.
• Own end-to-end delivery of prioritized GRC AI initiatives: pipelines, testing, workpapers, dashboards.
• Serve as compliance SME in engineering discussions to reflect actual control intent.
• Validate AI-generated audit artifacts for accuracy and defensibility.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual GRC processes and drive to production.
• Define metrics for pipeline health and audit readiness; report to leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of controls, evidence sources, and past workpapers to spot errors.
