You will work with engineering, design, data, security, marketing, and customer-facing teams to translate needs into testable features released on a cadence.

The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, data-driven, and adept at prioritization, trade-offs, and guiding products from concept through launch and iteration in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in product management or related software roles.
• Experience translating strategy into a prioritized backlog delivering outcomes.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum delivery and backlog management.
• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own and articulate the product vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmaps.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery.
• Prioritize backlog balancing value, feasibility, risk, and business goals.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure readiness for development.
• Lead sprint planning and release planning with the team.
• Draft product KPIs and OKRs, measure outcomes, and guide iterations.
