Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting experience or related field.
Experience recruiting in Federal IT space.
Interest or exposure to IT recruiting or government contracting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup.
Proficiency with LinkedIn and standard productivity tools.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and engage IT and technical candidates for federal/state programs.
Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple requisitions with speed and quality.
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and mission context.
Build pipelines for software engineers, AI/ML, cloud architects, PMs, and cleared staff.
Leverage recruiters tools, networking, and referrals to identify candidates.
Track activity and report pipeline metrics; maintain accurate records.
Support employer branding to convey Thoriva's mission and growth.
Coordinate interviews and move candidates through process with urgency.
Stay updated on federal IT trends and compensation benchmarks.
