Key Responsibilities
  • Own and clearly articulate the product vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmap for Thoriva’s core product offerings, aligning stakeholders around outcomes and business value.
  • Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, validate demand, and inform product direction and differentiation.
  • Own, groom, and continuously prioritize the product backlog, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, risk, effort, and business priorities.
  • Define and communicate clearly scoped, testable work items with well-defined acceptance criteria, ensuring requirements are ready for development.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning, and represent the voice of the customer throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, engineering, design, data, and security teams, translating needs into actionable requirements.
  • Define and track product KPIs, success metrics, and OKRs, using data and user insights to measure outcomes and guide iteration.
  • Make timely scope and trade-off decisions and clearly communicate rationale, priorities, roadmap changes, and release plans to stakeholders.
  • Participate in sprint reviews, demos, and retrospectives; accept completed work against acceptance criteria; and maintain a healthy, transparent backlog.
  • Partner with UX/design and engineering to shape intuitive, accessible, and valuable user experiences, including AI-enabled and citizen-developer workflows.
  • Develop go-to-market, release, and adoption plans in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success, and support product launches and enablement.
  • Maintain product documentation, release notes, and roadmap artifacts, and communicate product updates across the organization.
  • Continuously gather and incorporate customer feedback, usage data, and stakeholder input to improve the product and inform future investment.
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a closely related role delivering software products.
  • Demonstrated experience owning product vision and roadmap and translating it into a prioritized backlog that delivers measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform product strategy and prioritization.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery, backlog management, sprint planning, and release management.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work across product, engineering, design, data, security, and business teams.
  • Experience prioritizing a backlog using structured frameworks such as MoSCoW, RICE, WSJF, or Kano, and making transparent trade-off decisions.
  • Experience defining product KPIs and success metrics and using quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
