Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 3+ years in a relevant role or 1 year with advanced degree.
• Experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering with a track record in solution sales.
• Strong knowledge of wireless products, network coverage, and value-added solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to understand needs and present wireless solutions addressing business challenges.
• Conduct wireless network coverage analysis and review findings with customers to support solution design.
• Assist customers with processing requests related to in-building wireless coverage to enhance connectivity.
• Identify business opportunities and recommend wireless solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain expert knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales activities.
• Leverage AI productivity tools to accelerate solution development and tailor customer presentations.
