Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a RGM Product Manager to lead the AI-enabled Global RGM product. You will define what AI should address for pricing, promotions, and assortment, working with data science, engineering, UX, and architecture to deliver measurable commercial impact.

You will collaborate with operating units and bottlers, translate discovery into a clear roadmap, and set expectations for AI output quality, governance, and adoption across markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including taking AI/ML, data, or analytics products from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Experience with GenAI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI-driven product cycles is required.
• Experience writing requirements for non-deterministic systems and defining evaluation sets and quality thresholds.
• Strong understanding of RFCs for governance, risk, and RGM levers (pricing, pack architecture, promo optimization).

Responsibilities

• Set the AI product vision across the Global RGM product and anchor it in commercial value.
• Define an 18-month AI product roadmap and prioritize backlog by value and impact.
• Write problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agent behavior and data usage.
• Lead discovery with RGM teams and translate findings into actionable requirements and roadmaps.
