Job summary

Sanofi Vaccines is seeking a global Head of Vaccine R&D Project Management to set standards, govern portfolios, and lead a 20+ person team across multiple sites. You will drive end-to-end delivery, risk management, and digital innovations to shorten time-to-market while staying within budget and aligning with corporate strategy.

The role requires a PhD or MS in life sciences or engineering, 10+ years in pharmaceutical R&D PM, and 3+ years of leadership. English fluent; French preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field.
• Master's/PhD preferred; PMP/Agile certification preferred.
• 10+ years in pharma R&D project/program management.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for Vaccines R&D product management with governance.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery against scope, schedule, cost, quality.
• Lead risk management and compliance across New Vaccine projects.
• Drive Stage Gate governance and liaison with Corporate Portfolio Management.
• Develop global PM talent and foster digital innovation.
• Oversee resource planning and alignment across functions.
